OPTION 2- RADIO/WIRELESS SYSTEM -FROM £450.00
Fitting Wireless/Radio intruder alarm as follows.
This system is installed priced as shown with 3 Radio detectors
Pick any applicable detector from the list -* Radio/wireless detector list
These can be installed anywhere in the property subject to customer preference or our advice.This set up will suit a smaller type property and is ideal for people on a budget.
The system is expandable as required to suit customer preference/larger properties up to 8 zones , using various devices at extra cost as shown in Extra Options ;
A blank end station panel will be fitted in a place to be decided i.e. Loft ,integral garage ,hall or landing cupboard. The panel will contain a battery which will power the system in the event of a mains failure.
A 3A fused isolation mains point will be wired and fitted next to the panel, wired from the existing electrical wiring.
Setting / unsetting of the system will be via the internal keypad by four digit code.
Radio setting fobs can be added. The keypad to be fitted in a suitable position such as the hallway, landing or hall cupboard.
The keypad also incorporates a personal attack facility which will activate the sounders when pressed.
The system will be set up for full set, night set or part setting ,omitting zones as required.
A live vertical RJM logo’d Bell box (white with blue lens) will be fitted externally.
An internal speaker will be fitted in a suitable position which will provide alarm/alert tones.
Zones will be fitted as follow;
Zone 1 - Wireless/Radio Detector ( Pick any applicable detector from the list )
Zone 2 - Wireless/Radio Detector ( Pick any applicable detector from the list )

For each wired detection device fully fitted in addition to the 3 detection devices included in the price add an additional £59.00 for each extra device chosen from the * Radio/wireless detector list .
Phone/Speech dialler voice communicator -additional £65.00
Wired & connected to your phone line and set up to dial up to four phone numbers in the event of an alarm activation - ( Premises must have hard wired BT/VIRGIN type landline )
Dummy RJM logo’d bell box -additional £15.00 each
to be fitted external to premise for example at rear of house or on garage.
Longlife battery flasher unit for dummy box -additional £13.00 each
Typical minimum 2/3 year plus battery life - sealed unit -battery not replaceable

NOTES ON INSTALLATION
This system is almost entirely wireless apart from the Bell box & keypad for added reliability.
It offers pretty much no disruption to flooring or décor and installed in a day or less.
A very small amount of carpet/flooring may have to be lifted.
In the event of any wiring to be run on show it will be neat & by agreement with customer.
The equipment used for Radio/Wireless systems is the best quality I have seen & very reliable with long life detector battery life typically of between 2 to 5 years .The system will let you know when a device battery is getting low.
It also has the ease of set & unsetting from a wireless keyfob (like a car remote) which also includes a Personal Attack button which due to its portability is a very useful feature .
The fob will work anywhere in the home and its immediate vicinity subject to maximum ranges and possible dead spots due to fabrication of building.
The systems are easy to use and offer the versatility of easy additions of Phone dialer connection, additional detectors such as Smoke /carbon monoxide / flood detectors.
