Engineers manual - If you are at the stage where you require an engineers manual , its really time to get your system serviced, checked out and any neccessary programming done via a site visit by myself.

Take over and maintain your current alarm system regardless of make, model or installer.

At the moment you should be having your alarm serviced every 12 months to ensure correct and trouble free operation.

A few customers prefer to have their alarms checked on a casual basis or when something is found to go wrong with it. Remember if your alarm is not serviced regularly, you do not know if it is in full working order. It is too late following a break-in to find your alarm does not work or that any batteries needed replacement. Also it may be a condition of your home insurance that your alarm has been serviced within the last 12 months. Your panel battery is coming due for replacement if it is over 4 years old.

Please remember we are ELECTRICIANS also and do anything from extra sockets, kitchen, bathroom, garden electrics to mains upgrades & rewires.

If you have your alarm regularly serviced we may provide call out for electrical problems also, which could be very handy.

If you do not want to join any of the plans, please give us a call if you require our services at any time.

We are now offering a new service plan to make regular alarm servicing easy and cheaper for you.

The  Alarm Annual Service Scheme offers;

1 regular annual alarm service visit only plus discounted/reduced work & call out rates

All parts, other labour and visits are extra. 

By agreeing to pay 1 single annual payment by standing order to be made on the 1^st day of the month your service is due, your service/labour costs will be frozen at your current level for a minimum of 2 years.

If you are a new customer your service charge will be frozen for 2 years if you sign up for regular alarm service by standing order.
